FAQs
Who is this class designed for?
Anyone age 14 and over interested in learning the fundamentals of strength training, including the basic lifts and critical form.
Do I need experience with strength training?
Not necessary! We’ll break down the foundational moves and progress from there. If you’ve got experience, we’ll meet you where you are, but if you’re a complete beginner, that’s fine too!
Is this class appropriate if I have an injury?
This class is not a good fit for injuries that are not well managed. If you’re in active rehab or cannot load safely, private training may be a better starting point.
How much does the class cost?
The six-week session is paid up front ($225 for 12 classes). We will accept occasional walk ins ($20) with prior approval.
When are classes held?
Strength classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:00 PM in Castle Rock.
How big is the class?
Classes are intentionally small to ensure personalized coaching, hands-on form correction, and appropriate progressions for each member.
