Science is Awesome…
I don’t recommend anything to clients that isn’t backed by science.
What does that mean?
It means that the exercise prescription and lifestyle guidance I offer my clients (and on my blog) aren’t built around popular ideas or of-the-moment fads. They’re built around proven physiological and biological reactions that happen in the female human body.
I am not a doctor or a scientist. That means I spend a lot of time listening to and reading things written by doctors and scientists. A lot of what I find, I share here.
I’m not a doctor, and nothing on this site or in my coaching sessions should be taken as medical advice. Everything I share is based on personal experience, research, and training—but it’s not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Always check with your doctor before starting any new fitness or wellness routine. You know your body best, and your healthcare provider is your best resource when it comes to your health.
